According too witnesses and the other motorcycle driver, speeding was not a factor in this accident. One witness told Scott's dad, " Your son was not speeding, the man in the car shot out from the driveway, trying to beat the oncoming traffic. That man did not try to stop or slow down! Your son tried to stop, but it was too late, he didn't have a chance!" |
